As a Citi Sales and Service Representative you’ll spend your day talking with customers over the phone. You’ll encourage customers to take advantage of additional Citi products and services that will enhance their Citi experience. Every call is an opportunity for you to use your sales and relationship building skills to partner with customers and help them understand the benefits of additional Citi offerings. The environment is fast paced and structured in that you are measured on the quality of your responses as well as the time spent on each call.
